Morton forty Dollars which is to be a credit against a judgement obtained by me against the sd Morton in the circuit court of Mason County on a bond of fourteen hundred Dollars bearing the Date the last of Feby or the first of March 1801 which judgement has bin enjoind by the sd Morton."
