8vo. (Some intermittent pale spotting, some dust-soiling.) Original white linen, gilt designs after Charles Ricketts, top edge gilt, others uncut (some darkening to spine and edges).
FIRST EDITION, LIMITED ISSUE, one of 200 unnumbered copies printed on hand-made paper. Wilde wrote De Profundis while imprisoned; it was published by Robert Ross, his executor, five years after his death.
