Late 19th-century dark brown straight-grained morocco gilt, spines in 6 compartments with 5 raised bands, gilt-lettered in 2 and at tail, the rest gilt-decorated, edges gilt concealing FORE-EDGE PAINTINGS IN EACH VOLUME depicting scenes of boating and river traffic (spines slightly sunned, a touch of light wear to extremities).
