FIRST ENGLISH EDITION, one of about 460 copies hand-printed by Virginia and Leonard Woolf. Woolf described The Waste Land as "the poem that had greater influence upon English poetry, indeed upon English literature, than any other in the 20th century" (Rhein, p.22). Gallup A6c.
