Autograph Letter Signed. Rush, Benj[amin]. Philadelphia, March 2, 1791. 3 pp., folio, with cognate address leaf; minor chipping, no loss to letter. To George Miller, Providence, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, diagnosing the recipient's daughter, from her father's note, as suffering from consumption & presenting in this letter a full & detailed course of treatment, blood letting, a diet of milk & vegetables, flannel clothing for warmth, horseback riding in dry weather, laudanum for night coughs.
