Lot Description

Cherrywood tall case clock pennsylvania, early 19th century

The bonnet has double scroll cresting with carved rosettes and three urn finials, arched face door flanked by slender columnettes, the face displays the phases of the moon, Arabic numeral chapter ring with a subsidiary seconds chapter ring, date crescent and mounted with an oval brass monogram plate "B M", a rectangular lip molded waist door with cut out upper corners, a raised lip molded panel to the base with cut out corners, quarter round fluted corners to waist and base, on bun feet.
