A Chinese Blue and White Porcelain 'Dragon' Snuff Bottle
Imperial, Jingdezhen kilns, Daoguang Period (1821-1850)
清道光 景德鎮窯青花雙龍戲珠鼻烟壺
of flattened pear form set on an oval footrim, delicately painted two five-claw dragons chasing the flaming balls among scrolled clouds. The bottom with a Daoguang four-character underglaze blue mark, green hardstone stopper.
Height 2 1/2 in., 6.4 cm.
