A Chinese Fahua Porcelain Garden Stool
Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
明 琺華瓷墩
the barrel-shaped body is covered with turquoise, aubergine, yellow and ivory glazes, flanked by a pair of lion head handles, all between bands of bosses and gilt mountings, converted into a covered vessel.
