A Chinese Gilt Highlighted Robin's Egg Glazed Porcelain Figure of a Daoist Immortal
爐鈞釉金彩道君像
the figure depicted seated with crossed legs on a raised rectangular pedestal, dressed in voluminous robes decorated with phoenix roundels amongst flowering plants and auspicious clouds, his right hand raised the left hand lowered, holding a ruyi scepter, his face carved to show a subtle smile with bushy eyebrows and long beard, underneath a tall elaborate hat.
