Inaba Workshop, Meiji Period (1868-1912)
日本明治時代 稻葉七寶燒藍地櫻花雀鳥圖碗
the oviform dish worked with gold and silver wires of varying gauges to pick out a continuous scene of birds in flight and roosting in blossoming branches raised above a slightly splayed foot decorated with caparisons. Stamped to the foot ring for pure silver, the underside bearing the mark of the Inaba workshop in silver wire.
