Containing two cultured South Sea pearls measuring approximately 13.20 and 13.30 mm in diameter, eight oval mixed cut sapphires measuring approximately 6.00 x 4.00 mm, weighing approximately 4.80 carats total and ten round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.30 carats total. Mounted in white gold. 1 inch long.
