Containing two old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.80 carat total, 22 old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats total, one round mixed cut synthetic sapphire measuring approximately 6.00 mm, 44 rose cut diamonds and five pearl drops (origin not tested). Mounted in silver-topped gold. 1 x 3/4 inch.
