Illustrations include orig. photos of the Pennsylvania & New York countryside; urban & industrial views of Milwaukee (incl. the Pabst Brewery); Chicago architectural views; many views of the building & exhibits of the World's Columbian Exposition; at the end of the last entry an orig. photo of the diarist.
