Never Too Much is the sizzling fourth installment of Hindman’s collaborative Fine Art x Design Song of the Summer auction series featuring deep cuts and hits from both collecting areas. This well-balanced and smoothly-blended sale is composed of furniture, objects, and artworks with category-bridging notes, energy, and rhythms.

The Fine Art sessions is full of old favorites and new finds ranging from the just enough minimalism of sculptures by Juan Hamilton, Ibram Lassaw, Sol LeWitt, Louise Nevelson and George Rickey and to the pleasingly everything you could possibly want extra of paintings by William Copley, Alfred Leslie, Toshinobu Onoda, Masami Teraoka, SMASH 137 and REVOK. Colorful and concisely composed abstraction by Gene Davis, John Little, Stephen Pace, Jack Roth, Theodoros Stamos and Jack Tworkov add full bloom lyricism and good vibrations to the auction. Mario Minale's Red and Blue LEGO Chair, produced by the Dutch design group, Droog, as an edition of five, is sure to entice the discerning design collector, in addition, Jorge Pardo's Penelope, a set of twelve editioned 'Subscription Lamps' is also front and center. The sale also boasts a fresh-to-the-market American Studio Art Glass collection from a single owner, showcasing the scope of the movement with standout works from Toots Zynsky, Mark Peiser, Paul Stankard, Stephen Rolfe Powell, Lino Tagliapietra, Dale Chihuly, and more. Rarely seen in the United States, a suite of furniture by renowned Mexican designer Arturo Pani is sure to garner interest. The sale will also offer a smorgasbord of American and European design classics - with Italian highlights from Archizoom Associati, Mario Bellini, and Osvaldo Borsani, in addition to French icons by Pierre Paulin, Kim Moltzer, and Alain Richard, and of course, North American staples from Florence Knoll, Charles and Ray Eames, George Nelson, Mies van der Rohe, and Eero Saarinen to name a few.
