[CHICAGO]. Illinois Central from Foot of Madison Street. Lithograph. After VARIN, Raoul (1865-1943).
Visible 10 3/8 x 12 3/4 in. (yellowing from either lacquer over image or original support, occasional abrasions, spotting); under eglomise mat and framed to 15 x 17 1/8 in. (not examined out of frame). Signed in pencil lower right "Charles D[?]" Titled beneath image in felt tipped marker.
