[With:] Signatures of the following subjects: LINCOLN, Robert Todd (1843-1926). Card signed (residue on verso). -- COLFAX, Schuyler (1823-1885). Clipped signature (toning to verso). -- BROWNLOW, William G. "Parson" (1805-1887). Clipped signature, with "Special Agent Treasury Department" written below signature, possibly in a different hand. Brownlow served as the 17th Governor of Tennessee from 1865-1869.
