[CIVIL WAR]. Whole plate hand-tinted tintype of a possible Confederate soldier with musket.
6 1/2 x 8 1/2 in. tintype, matted and housed in a 15 x 17 in. period, folk-art carved wooden frame (few spots, small areas of loss to surface of plate, unexamined outside frame, framed using archival materials under UV protection glass, few surface scratches/nicks to frame.)
