1p, 12 1/2 x 15 1/4 in. (toning, creasing, small losses along center horizontal fold line, approx. 2 in. tear along top left vertical fold, some dampstaining). Docketed on verso.
Land grant No. 838 conveying 50 acres in Jackson County to James Bean. The Houston signature is clear and bold, and measures approximately 5 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches.
