Lot Description
[WESTERN AMERICANA]. GRABILL, John C.H. (1849-1903), photographer. "Stage Coach." The Deadwood stage coach followed by the last US Treasure Coach. [South Dakota],1888.
8 5/8 x 6 1/2 in. photograph on cardstock mount (rich tonality, near excellent condition; light edge and corner wear to mount). Captioned, numbered 890, and copyrighted by Grabill in the negative. Caption notes that the stage coach was "photographed near the old toll gate down the gulch."
