GRANT, Ulysses S. (1822-1885). Autograph letter signed ("U.S. Grant"), to James Gopsill (1823-1884). N.p., 24 January 1881.
1 page, 4 3/8 x 6 7/8 in., creased at folds with partial separation to creases. Grant writes to James Gopsill, former Mayor of Jersey City, offering various locations to meet the following day.
