Consisting of a braided leather cord with yellow gold and diamond clasp containing three round brilliant cut diamonds, suspending a heart pendant containing 13 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.55 carat total, together with a Kieselstein-Cord crowned heart pendant containing 140 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.35 carats total. 16 inches long.
