Late 19th c.
Circular, the center decorated with a neoclassical portrait bust of a female within a pale blue and gilt border, the gilt frame carved with ornate scrolls and shell motifs. Signed lower right Weigel. Minor damage and repairs to frame, light scratches to plate. Dia. of plate: 9 3/4 in.
