James Pemberton's copy, his signature on front free endpaper recto & head of title. * Continuation of the Account of the Pennsylvania Hospital. Philadelphia: B. Franklin and D. Hall, 1761. 4to, later marbled stiff wrappers. Slightly cut-down (leaf: 9 x 6 3/4 inches), head of number bracket on p. 46 just shaved. Very minor foxing. Complete. Together in custom green morroco slipcase.
