Rectangular with a hinged conforming lid, the partly gilt matted surface engraved on one side with a flying bird in a round reserve in front of another reserve with basket-weave texture, on the other side with three contrasting interlocked initials, the side mounted with a chain. Rim marked with cameo factory marks, STERLING, 24, M. Dents to both sides. H: 3-1/2 in.
