In 17th C. style, the tapering cylindrical body chased and engraved with a half-length portrait of Lorenzo de Medici on one side and with the Medici coat of arms held by putti supporters on the other, both on a matted ground within a continuous arcade, all between base lip and foot rims with wrigglework borders set with colored stones. Base and rim with spurious marks. H: 6-7/8 in.; wt.: 13-1/2 oz.
