Slate and sienna marble-cased, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals and visible Brocot escapement flanked by two thermometers, one for centigrade the other for Fahrenheit, each above an an aneroid barometer and a subsidiary dial for mean time at noon, days of the week, weeks of the month, months of the year; the case with beveled glass aperture, the movement no. 557248, with inside countwheel striking on a bell, bracket now lacking, damage to feather, h: 18 3/4 in.
