[WILSON, Woodrow (1856-1924)]. Second inauguration pennant with portrait. N.p., 1917.
33 1/2 x 13 1/2 in. red felt pennant with machine appliqued white felt letters, blue felt edge, tassels, and detail with red felt appliqued numbers, and appliqued portrait of Wilson and American flag printed on black or green felt (some pinholes, minor discoloration to some letters, minor fading to portrait).
From Wilson's second inauguraiton on 4 March 1917. RARE: Not listed in Threads of History.
