Shaped rectangular, printed with figures of America, holding an oval portrait of Washington, and Independence, holding a liberty cap flanking a reserve of a house in a landscape and between flowering and fruiting sprigs, all centered by a border of stars and fifteen connected crescents each with a state's name and enclosed by an oak leaf rim. Impressed under base with maker's name in a circle around a crown. Chips and stains to edges and central reserve. L.: 16-3/4 in.
