Late Qing Dynasty

清晚期 五彩鳳穿牡丹圖將軍罐
sturdily potted with a broad shoulder rising to a waisted neck and brown glazed lipped rim, painted around to show a phoenix standing on rockworks with blossoming peonies, magnolia and chrysanthemum emerging from behind.
Height 12 1/2 in., 31.8 cm.
