The moulded bronze case surmounted by a hinged handle and inset with bevelled crystal panels, solid rear door with shuttered holes for winding, hand-set, regulation and strike/silent. The silvered dial is signed "Jas Mc Cabe / Royal Exchange / London". Accompanied by a numbered winding key.
Case height, 7 5/8 inches (including handle, 9 3/4 inches) x width 7 x depth 5 1/4 inches.
