FIRST EDITION cookbook by Ruth Prevost who hosted a cooking show on New Orleans televsion channel WDSU under the pseudonym Amanda "Mandy" Lee from 1950 until her deat at 1954. Recipes include New Orleans specialties including "Old Plantation Okra Gumbo", "Crawfish Creole", and "Mandy's Baked Pralines." RARE: OCLC locates only 3 copies.
