The Berkeley Liberation Program was an early effort by Bay Area radicals to create a political vision for their city and community. Listed here are their 13 points, listed by title on the recto superimposed over a raised fist. The verso features explanations of each point, notably point 13: "We will unite with other movements throughout the world to destroy this motherfucking racistcapitalistimperialist [sic] system" which states explicitly: "We will actively support the 10-point program of the Black Panther Party in the black colony."
