Provenance: Syracuse Public Library (stamps, shelfmarks). Ferguson 8465. -- KENT, William Saville (“William Saville-Kent”) (d. 1908). The Great Barrier Reef of Australia. London: W.H. Allen & Co., Limited, [1893]. Half-title, 48 photo-mezzotype plates, 16 chromolithographic plates, folding map, numerous illustrations. Original blue cloth gilt and blind-stamped. FIRST EDITION.
