Vol I: Contemporary mottled calf gilt (rebacked and recornered preserving old lettering-piece); Vol. II: lacking covers and spine, backstrip present. Provenance: A few annotations in a contemporary hand; George Compton, 4th Earl of Northampton (bookplate).
