12 x 9 1/8 in. letterpress broadside (brown staining); framed to 16 1/2 x 13 5/8 in. (not examined out of frame). Signed in type by Thomas R. Bannan.
A broadside publishing the text of a new legislation against those who would "wilfully [sic] enter or break down through or over any orchard, garden or yard-fence, hot bed or greenhouse" or who would otherwise injure any growing crop. Offering a reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction of anyone transgressing.
