A broadside encouraging investment in the Louisiana and Brazoria Oil and Investment Co. Touting that "New Gushers Almost Every Day - Wonders of Texas Oil Fields Continue to Grow" and promises that the "Chemical Analysis Gives Astonishing High Value to Texas Oil $3 to $7 per Barrel." Featuring an illustration of "rigs Now in Operation" in Brazoria County, Texas. Enticing potential investors with the chance of joining the "new crop of millionnaires [sic] springing up." Brazoria county mineral development began as early as 1901 with oil production beginning in 1902.
