26 x 39 1/4 in. broadside printed in black and red (offsetting, short marginal tears along original folds); framed to 30 x 43 1/4 in. (not examined out of frame).
An advertising roadside for the children's monthly periodical Oliver Optic's Magazine edited by William T. Adams. Featuring 12 lithographed vignettes from stories featured in the journal. Founded in 1867 and running until 1875, the popular magazine included stories, puzzles, and the serialized Starry Flag series, advertised here.
