each cup having deep, sloping walls resting above a short, straight foot, painted to the exterior with boys at play in an outdoor setting, holding lanterns and toy weapons in their hands, the underside centered with an iron red four-character linzhi chengxiang mark, the domed cover decorated with peach branches, Buddha's hand citron and floral scrolls, having a short, cylindrical top handle centered, together with matching undertrays.
