comprising a 1971 St. Louis Cardinals Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1972 St. Louis Cardinals Uniform Players Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1975 St. Louis Cardinals Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1979-83 St. Louis Cardinals' Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1981-83 Milwaukee Brewers Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1984-87 Milwaukee Brewers Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1987 Atlanta Braves Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a 1988 Atlanta Braves Uniform Player's Contract (Simmons' copy); a November 3, 1988 letter addressed to Atlanta Braves VP/General Manager Bobby Cox officially notifying the Braves Simmons' retirement as an active Major League Baseball player (Simmons' post-signed copy); a September 1988 letter from St. Louis Cardinals coach George Kissell suggesting Simmons connect with General Manager Dal Maxvill to rejoin the Cardinals as instructor/coach (post-signed by Simmons); a December 1988 letter from MLBPA Executive Director Donald M.
