[NATIVE AMERICANS]. MUYBRIDGE, Eadweard (1830-1904), photographer. A group of 2 stereoviews from the "Modoc War" series. San Francisco, CA: Bradley & Rulofson.
6 x 3 5/8 in. stereoviews on cardstock mounts (toning, soiling to each print; corner and edge wear to mounts incl. some surface loss to verso, staining to margins). Rectos with imprint of Muybridge and Bradley & Rulofson, "The Modoc War" series title, and image title in lower margin. Versos with credits to both Muybridge and publishers Bradley & Rulofson.
Titles include: 1617, Bringing in the Wounded after an Engagement. -- 1621, Generals Davis, Hardie, Gillem and Officers of the Modoc Campaign.
