Half plate half portrait of a young man wearing a hand-tinted bowtie. (Heavy tarnish and spotting to plate, spotting to mat, no preserver present; unsealed.) Housed in a fully separated leatherette case (significant wear and discoloration throughout). -- Quarter plate portrait of a debonair gentleman, posed with a hand-tinted curtain behind him and a book in his hand. (Tarnishing to edges, spotting to mat, no preserver present; retains original seal.) Housed in a fully separated leatherette case (wear throughout). Paper label accompanying image reads, "One of the Calvins." -- Quarter plate bust portrait of a distinguished young gentleman with neatly fixed facial hair and lightly hand-tinted cheeks. (Tarnish to edges, scattered dust to plate, spotting to mat; retains original seal.) Housed in a fully separated leatherette case (significant wear including corner separation). Paper label accompanying image reads, "Edward [T?] Bellah." -- And 12 other daguerreotypes, including 4 quarter plate examples and 8 sixth plate examples. -- Together, 15 portraits of men.
