Lot Description
Hospital steward chevrons featuring gold bullion caducei.
Pair of approx. 9 1/4 x 2 1/2 in. green wool chevrons (some darkening and wear to bullion including loss to one full side of dead bullion outline, few spots of wear to wool). Chevrons feature gold bullion embroidered caducei flanked by straight line borders of gold bullion thread outlined by dead bullion, and open backs with visible stitching and remnants of black paper covering.
