16mo chapbook. 2 pages of letterpress text. Original hand-made and hand-sewn light blue-gray wrappers hand-printed in black and gold, front flap hand-printed "Woody Creek, Colorado June 9, 1996," and rear flap with blind embossed Gonzo emblem, inner front cover hand-printed "Timothy Leary 1920-1996," inner rear cover with hand-printed colophon, translucent rice paper endleaves.
LIMITED EDITION, number 190 of 300 copies of a total edition of 326 of Thompson's obituary for LSD advocate and hippy guru, Timothy Leary. Tipped to the verso of the rear flap is a perforated simulated acid blotter sheet, with an overall repeating portrait of Timothy Leary, captioned at foot: "Caution: Do Not Drop." Printed at the New Orleans School of GlassWorks and Printmaking Studio.
