4to (222 x 165mm). 5 folding engraved plates, contemporary mottled calf, gilt fillet border on covers, binding slightly rubbed. Provenance: Earls of Macclesfield (bookplate and small embossed stamp on title, sale Sotheby’s 16 March 2004, lot 96).
