BY KAJIKAWA LINEAGE, 19TH CENTURY

銘「罔川勝信作 花押」
the rectangular inro decorated in gold, silver and colored hiramaki-e and togidashi-e on a black lacquer ground, depicting two farmers in the field, the reverse with flying birds in a landscape, the interior of nashiji lacquer, signed Kajikawa saku with a red pot seal on the underside, together with a transparent red glass ojime.
Length 2 7/8 in., 7.4 cm.
