Hand-sewn and double-sided, faded condition (one side faded more than the other), 11 circled stars on blue field. All cotton construction. 36 x 50-1/2 in. Stars are hand-appliqued cotton, one side only. No hoist. Blanket stitching around two sides. Origin unknown, possibly post-war for veteran's reunion.
