Acquired by Zwecker at the Hotel du Cap, Cap Ferrat, France. -- “Charlie Trotter’s 20 Years” menu from the celebratory dinner at Charlie Trotter’s resturant in Chicago. SIGNED BY TROTTER, EMERIL LAGASSE, PAUL KAHAN, DAN DUCKHORN, NORMAN VAN AKEN, AARON LINDGREN, DAVID LEFEVRE at the dinner. -- 3 decorative menus for lunch, dinner, desserts, from the famous Hotel Splendido, Portofino, Italy. -- Collection of menus from late August, 1960 sailing of the RMS Queen Mary.
