comprising a plaque depicting James Russell Lowell, marked Copyrighted 1896 to the reverse; a Christopher Columbus commemorative medallion by Augustus Saint-Gaudens (American, 1848-1907), circa 1893; an example depicting President Herbert Hoover; an example depicting President Andrew Johnson; an example depicting Benjamin Franklin with a case; an example by Anna Hyatt Huntington (American, 1876-1973) depicting an elephant and inscribed Africa, signed AHH and copyrighted, with case and a write-up from The Society of Medalists about the artist and medallion.
Diameter of largest 6 7/8 inches.
