The overall condition is very good structurally though the fiber label in the jacket has been removed and there is some minor pilling and small hole on the inside hem. There is evidence the jacket has been let out at the back hip and the lining on the front left and right chest has several small holes that suggest a brooch was regularly worn on both sides. The designer and fiber label has been removed from the skirt and there is some stitching on the lining coming loose at the zipper. A few stitches in the darts on the lining have come open and there is a small hole in the lining in the back near the zipper.
