Ex. Collection of Arthur B. Rothwell, with his name signed in the front cover and copious penciled notes throughout. Rothwell was a collector of Chinese porcelain and paintings active in the early-mid 20th century; who in his lifetime sold to notable institutions including the Nelson-Atkins Museum; and gave generously of his knowledge and collections to those such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and Dallas Museum of Art.

本部來自紐約藏家亞瑟·羅斯維(Arthur B. Rothwell)的私人文獻庫。羅斯維出身德州名門，家中世代經營天然氣生意，上世紀初開始收藏中國藝術。北美書畫重鎮——堪薩斯城納爾遜-阿金斯博物館所藏的陳閎《八公圖》、王原祁《仿趙孟頫桃源春》和《仿惠崇江南春》冊頁，原本就是羅斯維的藏品。在楊仁愷的《國寶沈浮錄》中均有記載。

書畫之外，羅斯維也雅好瓷器。這套《尤氏藏瓷》中的不少珍品他都曾上手把玩，所以在每一幀插圖旁邊密密麻麻注有筆記，讀來別有意趣。
